CHBA’s Urban Council is looking forward to presenting the results of the ongoing Municipal Benchmarking Project, which will help HBAs across the country better work with their municipalities to address development challenges and improve affordability for all. The project is examining municipal practices in 14 communities across the country, and will provide an analysis of promising practices as well as barriers faced by industry. The results of the project will be available to all members and HBAs, and will help all HBAs of the association in government relations work with government at all levels to improve affordability and drive economic activity in residential construction by addressing costly and inefficient processes.
