Vince Lupo Photography

Vince Lupo Photography is a new addition to the KHBA and the Kingston area, specializing in photography, video, and drone work for all aspects of the homebuilding industry.  During the last 10 years, Vince was the Mid-Atlantic regional photographer for Lennar Corporation, the largest homebuilder in the US.  He has twenty-seven years of commercial photography experience through his business, Direction One, Inc., based in the Baltimore, MD – Washington, DC region.  He worked with homebuilders, architects, construction companies, interior designers, and property management companies and developed great working relationships with a number of regional and national companies in the US.  To sum up Vince’s business philosophy: “Exceptional photos are your best marketing tool.”

A Toronto native, Vince, has a Bachelor of Applied Arts Degree in Still Photography Studies from Ryerson Polytechnic University (now Toronto Metropolitan University) and a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Still Photography from the Savannah College of Art and Design.  His family’s connection to this part of Ontario dates back to the 1950’s when they purchased and operated Pinecrest Lodge on the shores of Wolfe Lake near Westport.  He and his wife Mary are now permanent residents of Eastern Ontario.
