I am proud to be writing to you as the President of the Kingston Home Builders Association.
This year's executive represents our membership in every way, with a great mix of experienced and new members who together will bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the association. I am looking forward to working with everyone in 2012, on our membership's behalf to face the industry's challenges in the coming year.
2012 marks the 30th anniversary of our Home & Renovation Show, an accomplishment that every member should be proud of. This milestone is a reflection of hard work and dedication by the various committees over the years. If you have not participated in the show, I encourage you to do so!
Our plan for 2012 is to build upon the success of initiatives currently in place. Our editorial committee has had a very positive effect on increasing the profile of our association in the community and our sponsorship program continues to grow as a way in which our members can promote themselves through our website, newsletter, dinner meetings and events. I want to sincerely thank our current sponsors who realized the benefits and have been supporting the Kingston Home Builders Association through sponsorship. I encourage you, as a proud member of the Kingston Home Builders Association, to talk to your contractors and suppliers about the benefits of joining our association.
